Light My Way

My past is full of pain and sorrow.

I have many wounds to heal.

Life has given me many regrets.

I had to beg, borrow and steal.

I have sinned more than I care for.

My life’s choices brought me to prison.

I committed a crime that I can’t handle.

Emotions and memories cut life a knife.

I want to change my path, light a candle.

Light my way and led me.

I have found something better to light

My way to the path I’m looking for,

The light of Krsna’s love is the only guide I need for the path.

Please Krsna, show me how to serve You in love an devotion.

Light my way and lead. Me.

My heart is changing daily.

I know who has it in His hands.

He will guide and teach me.

He lives me more than there are grains of sand.

I surrender completely to Him.

My path is now of love and devotion.

I only want to serve Lord Sri Krsna.

My heart belongs to Him alone.

I don’t ask for anything but Krsna.

Light my way and lead me.
